Flippa Ball is non-contact water polo for children aged 12 years and under. The program is designed to help players new to the game of water polo establish the confidence and basic skills required to play the game in a fun but safe and controlled environment. Flippa Ball is a modified version of non-contact water polo for beginners which is designed to be fun as well as safe in a controlled environment. To promote participation and skill development some small rule adjustments are made such as the size of the pool, being able to stand on the pool bottom (juniors) and catch with two hands to assist young children with getting involved. It is a great transition into water polo and perfect for the younger participants who are interested in being involved but too young for water polo.
